Não maltrata o teu corpo nem teu espírito.
Vive em alegria, porque tu não mereces ser triste.
Aspira a vida que te rodeia,
E deixa que o pêndulo do universo
Assuma o equilíbrio que há de regular tua existência.
Vive, simplesmente,
E promete a ti jamais violar
O altar onde está o sacrário de tua alma.
Não o agridas.
Silencia diante das verdades das quais
Ainda não atingiste a plena compreensão.
Abre o coração
Também para as coisas incompreendidas,
E compreende que és muitas vidas numa vida,
Muitas esperanças numa só expectativa,
Muitas lágrimas num só sorriso,
Muitas mortes num mesmo renascimento.
Deixa-te levar, simplesmente,
Sem exigir sempre explicações,
Sem perguntas imediatas,
Sem a procura perene da sensatez.
Tudo tem sua hora e sua vez,
E tu fluis no mesmo fluxo de todas as coisas,
No mesmo ritmo de todas as realidades.
Segue esse fluxo sem opores resistência,
Nele não serás presença nem ausência,
Não serás luz nem treva,
Nem serás palavras ou pensamentos,
Nele, apenas serás a última verdade,
O Uno, e ao mesmo tempo a multiplicidade,
O ruído e ao mesmo tempo o silêncio,
O passado, o presente,
E o que ainda está por acontecer.
Nesse fluxo, está teu ser,
Alinhando-se ao desfilar de forças superiores
Onde não há nem alegrias, nem dores,
Nem maldades nem virtudes...
Lá serás apenas plenitudes,
Preenchendo o lugar a ti reservado.
Lá, serás um hino,
E serás também todo um universo.
Entrega-te ao navegar sem destino
Pelos eternos caminhos de tuas emoções,
Aceita que o rio de tuas ansiedades
Precisa também correr para o mar de tua paz,
Vê que de ti fluem os gotejantes dias,
E observa, à distância, suas corredeiras barulhentas,
Porque nesse mar, apaziguado, eles se diluirão em harmonia...
Deixa-te mergulhar pelos cânticos celestiais
Que fluem ao teu redor,
E presta atenção à Luz Maior
Que tudo vê e tudo controla,
E ainda que não percebas,
És parte do equilíbrio do universo,
Uma pequena partícula,
Ínfima, mas não insignificante,
Um elo no esquema universal maior.
És, na eternidade, um breve instante,
Mas sem ti, o universo seria menor!

Do not mistreat your body or your spirit.
Live in joy, because you do not deserve to be sad.
Marks the lives around you,
And let the pendulum of the universe
To regulate your life.
Live simply,
And promise for yourself never to violate
The altar where is the tabernacle of your soul.
Do not hurt it.
Make silence before the truths of which
you still not in full understanding.
Open your heart
Also for things you cannot understand,
And realize that you are many lives inside a unique life,
Many hopes on just one expectation
Many tears in a single smile,
Many deaths in the same rebirth.
Let yourself simply slide across the life
Without unnecessary explanation,
Without immediate questions,
Without looking perennial wisdom.
everything has right time to happens
And you float in the same flows of all things
At the same rhythm of all realities.
Follow this flow without resistance,
And you will not be presence or absence
You will not be light or darkness,
You shalt not words or thoughts,
In this flow, you will be the ultimate truth,
The One, and, at the same time, the multiplicity,
The noise and the silence at the same time,
The past, the present,
And what is yet to happen.
In this flow, is your being,
Aligning whit superior destinies
Where there is neither joy nor pain,
Not evils or virtues...
In that universe, you'll be only fullness,
Filling the place is reserved for you
In that place, you will be a hymn,
And you will be also a whole universe.
Follow your trip aimlessly
By the eternal path of your emotions,
Accept that the river of your anxieties
Must also run into the sea of your peace,
Watch how the dripping days comes from yourself,
He notes a distance, its noisy rivers,
Because in that calmed sea, it will dilute in harmony...
Let yourself dive into the heavenly songs
Flowing around you,
And pay attention to the Greater Architect
That sees and controls everything,
And even you do not understand,
You are part of the balance of the universe,
A small particle,

A link in the greater scheme of things.
You are in eternity, a brief moment,
But without you, the universe would be less!
